NCVA Power League and Area League One Day Events

Area League | Power League

Playing sites are released a week in advance but these sites may change as late as Thursday before a Saturday/Sunday match.

For single day events, the player/parents are responsible for having the athlete at the playing site by 7:45am.

For multi day events we have hotels set up for the players and they need to be at the hotel by 10:30 PM unless the coach is notified of other arrangements.

The Club has booked Seats on Southwest Airlines for $280 per seat (you will need to drop off a check at the club with passenger’s names and Birth dates if you want to use a ticket in the Silver State block). If you choose to book your own travel or drive down then you need to be at the hotel by 10:30PM February 15th.

The Club has booked Seats on United Airlines at $350 per seat ($325 for the earlier flight). If you want to use a ticket in the Silver State block please bring a check to the club with passenger’s full name and Birth Date. If you choose to book your own travel then you need to be at the hotel by 10:30PM March 1st (March 2nd afternoon pools, deadline is 1am).

Three Options with players/coaches having first choice... UAL cancelled our original plane and replaced it with a smaller 50 seat aircraft.
