Competitive program trains three days per week in Reno and Carson. Includes comprehensive physical and volleyball training.

Selection Process
There are a maximum of 72 spots available in this program. 40 invitations to interview are extended to club team players that have shown dedication to volleyball and the team, are open to coach feedback, and bring their best effort to the gym every day and every play. The remaining 32 invitations are available through the Flight 2023 tryouts in Carson and Reno.
